All you need to remember

For your individual stay, we ask you to carefully read the technical sheet that corresponds to your stay before your arrival. You are expected on the first day at 5 p.m. for the handover of the keys and you must check out before 10 a.m. on the last day. We thank you for kindly informing us of any late arrival.

For groups, our team is available to organize your arrival in the best conditions and answer all your questions.

Services included

A numerous services are included in your reservation: parking in the car park with over 100 spaces, access to the secure bike storage area, provision of baby beds (by reservation), access to the swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September), the paddling pool (July and August), the outdoor areas, the pétanque courts, the volleyball court (open only in summer) and Wi-Fi in the common areas.

Services with participation

Some of our services are subject to extra charges and are not included in the price of your stay: the laundry (sale of tokens and laundry at reception), local products from the shop, the bar, rental of linen, sheets and towels, bicycle rental and tickets for sites to visit. We invite you to ask our receptionists to find out more.

Membership and deposit

For any stay, individual or group, you will have to pay a membership which will allow you to benefit from our rates and services. For rental stays, a deposit of €250/accommodation is required, your deposit will be returned to you after the inventory at the end of the stay. The tourist tax applied in our establishment and collected by the city of La Rochelle is €0.88 (2024 rate) per day and per adult.
